Refund policy

At FRAGOLA we prioritize our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, sometimes things don't go as planned and if there's any issue with the item you received, just let us know at info@fragolabrand.com, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right and ensure you’re happy. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of the delivery date) if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Exchange requests are subject to availability.

RETURN

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the item is free from damage or signs of wear.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, if your country of residence is not in Europe, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

REFUNDS

We offer a 14-day period from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
