However, I am very disappointed with the shipping time. Their website clearly states a delivery time of 1–3 business days with DHL, which is the shipping company they used for my order. Despite this, it took 14 days for my package to arrive.
I contacted their team via email, and the only solution they gave me was to wait. I also informed them that the shipping information on their website is inaccurate and creates expectations that are not met.
That is why I am leaving 2 stars. The products are nice, but the shopping experience and the information provided were not accurate.
