I never go out of my way to write a review but here I am. I purchased my phone case on October 2, it is now October 18th. I received an email having me verify the phone model I have on the 3rd, I responded that day. I heard nothing back other than 3 emails a day promoting a new case. The phone case never shipped because "they didn't see my confirmation response" the lack of customer service is frustrating. I proceeded to email asking to cancel my order and they cannot because it is already in processing. So now I have to deal with the return. I will never be attempting to purchase from Fragola ever again.

Very pretty! Not cery protective, but it is not advertised for that, definetly get the more protective one if you are looking for that. However, the snap-on function has scratched my phone which I am not pleased about. I have had many compliments and it is very cute!

I bought this phone case thinking it was super cute and protective because it had five stars, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I open my package and it is the cheapest thing I think I have ever bought, it was actually the most pathetic looking thing ever. When I dropped my phone I picked it up and the case was completely ruined, scratches everywhere. I would never buy a case from this company ever again because it’s extremely cheap and took forever to come. Don’t believe anything their customers are saying because the quality of these cases are literally awful, I think using a piece of cardboard would be better than this case.
