I got the slimiest phone case, not protective at all. Wanted to get a refund but was too complicated and expensive to return, they did offer a partial refund instead to keep the case. Was very upset because it took a month yo get the return and it wasn’t until I emailed to remind them I still hadn’t gotten my refund.
I will say the design is very cute but again for the price I would expect it to be more protective.

The concept of this case is really cute. I love the color & design, however for $40, it is not worth it. The plastic is cheap and the two parts of the case seperated on the second day of wear. The case scratches easily & the top corner already cracked. It does do an okay job at protecting my phone though. I don’t hate it, but for $40, there are better cases out there.

Pleased with product. However, I didn’t feel the tracking was helpful at all. That is my biggest complaint. I like to be able to track my packages. I didn’t even know it had been delivered until I emailed the vendor.
I did have several email exchanges with the vendor, and they were quite prompt in replying. That was very helpful.
