Great product but took wayyyyy longer than promised

Case took over 10 days to arrive so I ordered a different case so I could start using my new phone. When it eventually arrived, I started the returns process which has been difficult. I have to write a note inside the parcel and pay a lot of money to send the parcel. This was last week and there’s still been no confirmation that my parcel has been received. Overall disappointing.

I love it! But the only gripe is that the case shape has changed. I used to love the fact that the case was a bit round around the edges but they've gotten rid of that now. And its not as comfortable as before. Don't know if I will use this case as much as I did the last one. EDIT: case feels cheaper as well and all in all fairly disappointing, still not going to dock some stars as I think the case is cute but unless the cases go back to how they are then I will not be purchasing again

I do like the design very much, however I think the “protective Mag safe” case is very bulky. I feel like it increases the size and weight of my phone quite a bit. I would have preferred a case that offered MagSafe while being a little thinner than this.
