This Ella case is so cute and I was so excited for it to arrive. However, it got delayed and took almost a month for it to arrive and when it finally did, was damaged to the extent that I could not put it on my phone. The sides of the case were bent flat and as hard as I've tried I could not bend them back. I have emailed Fragola three times about the issue over the course of two weeks and have heard nothing back aside from an AI message telling me that they have received my message. I am just so disappointed as I love the case, but the way this has been handled is unfortunate.
