Edit: Original review below, updated following contact from customer services. After posting my review, I was swiftly contacted by Fragola’s customer services, who were very helpful and did everything possible to fix the issues I had. After sending some images of the cases, they agreed that they weren’t up to standard and must have slipped through quality control before shipping. They have kindly offered to replace the cases free of charge and without the need to return them. They also explained that the customs declaration price shown on the packaging does not reflect the actual price of the product but is done to stop the customer having to pay unnecessary taxes & fees for the package. I am very happy that this issue has been resolved, and the customer service team were quick to respond and very helpful.
Bought two phone cases from Fragola, both with gingham designs. Delivery was pretty quick compared to some other phone case brands (which can take up to 2 weeks). However I am disappointed with the quality of the designs. They are very different colours to the pictures on the website and very poor image quality, with even the brand name being pixelated and out-of-focus. On top of that, the postage label included the value of the items inside for shipping purposes - both were valued at just under £5, when I paid £35 for each and they were on sale!! The fact that they were on sale also means I can’t return them as per the brand’s policies. Very disappointed.
