A very disappointing experience. I have been sending emails for several days requesting a return and refund, and so far I have received no response.
What I find particularly frustrating is that I continue to receive promotional emails and requests to review my purchase, while my requests for assistance are being completely ignored.
Before sending promotional emails and review requests, you should respond to customers who are trying to resolve an issue. This lack of customer service and communication has left me extremely dissatisfied and has completely affected my trust in the company.
I hope you finally respond to my emails and process my return and refund without any further delay.
