Case came looking used with scratches. Also it looks super cheap like an 1€ Temu case not a 30€ case which is insane! I have asked for a refund I’ve sent pictures, it’s been more than 10 days and I still don’t have an answer from them. They’re a scam stay away!

I recently bought aFragola iPhone case for around €35, choosing their cheapest model because I figured that price should still mean decent quality. Big mistake.
The case left parts of my phone exposed, and for the first time in my life my iPhone got scratched in exactly those uncovered spots. I’ve used plenty of cases that cost less than €10 over the years and never had this problem. Spending more than three times as much for worse protection feels like a complete rip-off.
I expected at least basic, reliable coverage for that price. Instead I got a case that failed at the one thing it’s supposed to do. I would never recommend Fragola cases to anyone. Save your money and stick with cheaper options that actually protect your phone.

I have ordered the pomegranate range ones MagSafe ones - I had the colour fade off from the MagSafe charging and one fall and broke the upper case itself

I am very pleased with the appearance of this phone case when I first got it. However, I accidentally bumped it against the wall, and when I looked at my case, the paint was all rubbed off on the corner. I could understand a scratch from hitting it against something or dropping it, but the paint being completely gone is insane for the price I paid for this case.

I got the cheaper option, which was still $42, and it's literally a thin piece of plastic that doesn't cover the whole phone unlike the photo shows- DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE!!!!! also took a long time to come. A really cute pattern but you can only really get the most expensive option.

The case was delivered way faster than i had expected. It’s gorgeous and I can deffinitely feel the quality difference in comparison to some cheap cases. The only setback for me is that It’s bulky and makes my phone heavy. I have small hands so It feels a lil weird sometimes.
