I never received my order. I waited several additional days in case there was a delivery issue, but the package never arrived. I checked my porch, mailbox, and around my property, and there was nothing there.
What makes this even more frustrating is that when I tried to report the issue, the website would not allow me to file a claim because the order had not yet been 30 days old. I should not have to wait an entire month to report an order that I never received.
At this point, I need either a full refund or for my order to be shipped immediately. I have already waited long enough and would like this issue resolved as soon as possible.

When I ordered this, I thought the photo looked really cool and as I have a mint green IPhone 12 to (almost) match the logo, this patter was perfect to make my phone look cooler. It got here within 4 days of ordering and it looks amazing. Only problem I have with this case is that it cases air bubbles on my screen protector so I have to take the protector off while I try to figure out a way to keep the bubbles out when I have this case on.
